This article outlines the procedure for returning defective products to Intellifi.
- Create a support ticket using the support request form or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include "RMA" in the subject. Your ticket will be assigned a number automatically; this number will function as the RMA number.
- Intellifi will respond to the request.
- When the RMA request is approved, ship the product(s) to the address provided by you, with the RMA number printed or written on the label. Please do not return products without an RMA number as these may not be processed correctly.
- Intellifi will investigate the product(s) and propose a resolution.
